Position Details
- Fully remote (work from home)
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Must be available to respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe during agreed-upon coverage windows
- $16 -- $20 per hour (pay based on experience)
Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Experience in customer service or reception
- Familiarity with massage therapy and booking systems
- Interest in wellness, spa, or holistic services
Requirements
Respond to client inquiries via text and phone
Return missed calls in a timely manner
Assist clients with booking appointments
Answer questions about services, pricing, and availability
Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone in all communication
Keep conversations organized and properly tracked
Must be able to respond to client inquiries within 5-15 minutes during assigned coverage times

We're looking for a Client Communication Assistant to support client inquiries and booking communication. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally warm, responsive, and organized, and who enjoys helping others feel taken care of.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping create a seamless and positive experience before they even step into the studio.
