About the Position
Pay: $40 - $80 per one hour massage
Bloomly Massage is hiring licensed massage therapists to join our growing team in Quarryville, PA.
Bloomly is not a typical spa or chain environment. We focus on slow, intentional, high-quality bodywork in a calming, sensory-centered atmosphere designed to help clients fully relax and disconnect from the outside world.
This role is highly independent and self-managed. Therapists are trusted to independently run the studio during their scheduled shifts, including opening and closing the space, managing their schedule for the day, welcoming clients, providing massage sessions, handling checkout and rebooking, maintaining cleanliness between appointments, and resetting the studio at the end of the day.
While therapists work independently day-to-day, the owner remains available by phone or text for questions, support, scheduling needs, or unexpected situations as needed.
However, this is not a heavily supervised environment, and therapists should be comfortable managing the studio independently during their shifts. Aside from occasional couples massages or vendor events, therapists are typically running the studio solo from open to close.
This position is ideal for therapists who care deeply about the experience they create for clients, not just the technical work itself.

Provide customized massage sessions based on client needs and comfort level

Maintain professionalism, strong boundaries, and attention to detail throughout each session
Contribute to the peaceful atmosphere Bloomly is known for
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and client care skills
Deep tissue experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable working independently
Reliable, professional, and emotionally aware
